2.4. We reserve the right to reject any customization requests that violate copyright laws, contain offensive content, or violate our company policies.
3.1. All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2. The total price of a product includes the base price, printing, shipping, and a reasonable profit margin.
3.3. We accept online payments via secure payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
3.4. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed. Customers must retry payment or contact support.
4.1. We offer nationwide shipping across India.
4.2. Standard delivery time is 5-10 business days, depending on the location.
4.3. Shipping charges are included in the product price.
4.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events.

5.3. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

6.2. We do not claim ownership of customer-uploaded designs but reserve the right to refuse designs that violate legal or ethical standards.

7.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their provided designs do not infringe on copyrights or trademarks.
