➡ You can add WhatsApp logos, mobile numbers, names, or any simple text-based design. We do not print copyrighted images or offensive content.
➡ After placing your order, send your customization request along with your order number or screenshot for verification.
➡ We accept UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet payments.
➡ Yes, but COD orders require 20% advance payment. The remaining amount is paid at delivery.
➡ No! Shipping is free, and the final price you see includes everything.
➡ Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days, depending on location.
➡ Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email.
➡ No, we currently only ship within India.
➡ Since our products are customized, returns are not accepted, except in cases of defects or wrong products.
➡ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos, and we will offer a replacement or refund.
➡ If eligible, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
➡ You can cancel your order before it is processed. Once shipped, it cannot be canceled.
