Q1: How do I place an order?

➡ Visit Bazrio.com, select a product, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout.

Q2: Can I customize my T-shirt?

➡ Yes! We offer free customization after order placement. Once you order, contact us via WhatsApp (6006338541) or Email (support@bazrio.com) with your customization details.

Q3: What can I customize on my T-shirt?

➡ You can add WhatsApp logos, mobile numbers, names, or any simple text-based design. We do not print copyrighted images or offensive content.

Q4: When should I send customization details?

➡ After placing your order, send your customization request along with your order number or screenshot for verification.

2. Payment & Pricing

Q5: What payment methods do you accept?

➡ We accept UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet payments.

Q6: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

➡ Yes, but COD orders require 20% advance payment. The remaining amount is paid at delivery.

Q7: Are there any hidden charges?

➡ No! Shipping is free, and the final price you see includes everything.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Q8: How long will my order take to arrive?

➡ Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days, depending on location.

Q9: How can I track my order?

➡ Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email.

Q10: Do you ship outside India?

➡ No, we currently only ship within India.

4. Returns & Refunds

Q11: Can I return my order?

➡ Since our products are customized, returns are not accepted, except in cases of defects or wrong products.

Q12: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

➡ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos, and we will offer a replacement or refund.

Q13: How long does it take to get a refund?

➡ If eligible, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Other Questions

Q14: Can I cancel my order?

➡ You can cancel your order before it is processed. Once shipped, it cannot be canceled.
