Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
✔ Defective Product – If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
✔ Incorrect Product – If you receive a different product than what you ordered.
✔ Non-Delivery – If the product is not delivered within 15 days from the order date.
❌ Customized Products – Since all customized items (e.g., T-shirts with personalized prints) are made-to-order, they cannot be returned or refunded, except in case of damage or wrong product.
❌ Change of Mind – Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind after placing an order.
❌ Incorrect Customization Details Provided by Customer – We are not responsible for mistakes in designs/text provided by customers.

2️⃣ Provide Proof – Share clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product.
3️⃣ Approval & Processing – If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
✔ You can cancel your order before it is processed.
✔ If an order is already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
