📦 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
🚚 Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days, depending on the location.
📍 Order Tracking: Once shipped, we provide a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
⚠ Delays may occur due to bad weather, courier issues, or high demand. We are not responsible for courier delays.
💰 COD Available with 20% Advance Payment
Since our products are customized, we require 20% advance payment for COD orders. The remaining amount is paid at delivery.
1️⃣ Place an order and select Cash on Delivery (COD).
2️⃣ Pay 20% of the total amount via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, or Bank Transfer.
3️⃣ Share the payment proof via WhatsApp (6006338541) or Email (support@bazrio.com).
4️⃣ Your order will be processed, and you’ll pay the remaining amount at delivery.
🚨 Orders without advance payment will not be processed.
📦 We use trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post for safe delivery.
🌍 We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available.
🔹 If your order is not delivered within 15 days, contact us at support@bazrio.com.
🔹 If a package is lost by the courier, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
🏠 Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned, we will re-ship it at an additional cost.
📞 Delivery Attempt Failed: If the courier cannot reach you, they will try again. If the package is returned, you must pay for redelivery.
