  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Custom-printed or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange?

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

🔹 Step 2: Provide your order number, product images, and reason for return.

🔹 Step 5: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.


3. Refund & Exchange Process

📌 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer).
  • Processing time: 5-7 working days after return approval.

📌 Exchanges

  • If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item after receiving the returned product.

📌 Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the mistake is on our part (wrong/damaged item).
  • If the return is due to a personal reason (size issue, change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Customized or personalized products.
❌ Items without original packaging or tags.
❌ Products used, washed, or damaged by the customer.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
